General Terms & Conditions

To the fullest extent permitted at law, clickawish is providing this website and its contents on an "as is" basis and makes no (and expressly disclaims all) representations or warranties of any kind with respect to this website or its contents including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some products carry age warnings regarding suitability for children under 36 months. It is the recipient's responsibility to adhere to these warnings.

Except as specifically stated on this website, to the fullest extent permitted at law, clickawish will not be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this website. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.

Privacy

clickawish conforms with the requirements of the Data Protection Act, 1998.

The personal information we gather from you will only be used to ensure you get the best possible service from clickawish.co.uk.

We may have to disclose your information to service suppliers to complete and deliver your order. When you give us your personal information you consent to this disclosure and to allow us to make our service available to you.

We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).

Returns

If you are not entirely happy with your clickawish gift box, please return it intact (i.e. unused and with products in their original packaging) and we will refund your payment. Please keep proof of postage for any items returned. Refunds will only be made to the original purchasing card or account. In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 Act, all returns / cancellations must be made within 30 days of purchase. Full refund will be given for the cost of the items purchased. Posts & packing costs are not eligible for refund.

Cancellation

We are able to cancel your order as long as it has not already been dispatched.

Please telephone us immediately if you want to cancel your order.

Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that any products are found to be faulty within 30 days of purchase, please return them to us and we will gladly exchange them. Please keep proof of postage for any items returned.

Stock

All goods remain the property of clickawish until payment is made in full. Please note that all products and descriptions are accurate at the time of publishing, however there may be the very rare occasions where items are out of stock.

In this case, we will contact you to discuss substitution of products. If delivery is delayed due to a product being out of stock , you have the right to cancel your order, in which case a full refund will be made to the buyer.

Cookies

We only use a temporary "session cookie". This is a string of letters and numbers used to reference your basket items in a temporary database on our server. When an order is placed your details are stored in the database. The cookie ceases to exist after your close your browser window. We do not use text or "permanent" cookies for the purpose of tracking usage of our site or to store personal information on a user's PC. A session cookie is not an executable program and cannot do anything harmful to your machine.
